by commissioning me, you agree to my TOS

- PayPal & Cashapp only
- any conversions will be dealt with accordingly by customer
- 50/50 payment is only an option for anything over $150
-customer must fully pay before i send the sketch
-do not send payment until i agree upon the commission. i will send a paypal invoice/cashapp request
- Partial refunds are optional if i've only started on the sketch
- i will send two updates, one for the sketch, one to confirm colors are correct. if you would like more updates, ask. but keep in mind this will slow down progress, as i will wait for confirmation each time.
- I have the right to decline/cancel if i am uncomfortable
- Time of completion may vary, unless agreed upon a specific deadline, do not press me, i have a personal life.
-commercial work will cost more, the amount will vary.
-as the artist i retain full and exclusive rights to my work. if you do not want your commission posted anywhere, either in my portfolio or social, tell me beforehand.
- You cannot claim my art as your own, properly credit me
-do not alter my work. if you'd like changes, ask.- You cannot use my art in NFTs, or anything AI related
